Welcome to Brighton Coffee Machine Services (“BCMS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These terms apply to your use of our website and your purchase of products and services from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and pricing

We try to keep all product descriptions, images and prices on our website as accurate and up to date as possible. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices or product availability at any time without notice.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, including where an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or where we are unable to verify payment or delivery details. If we cannot fulfil your order after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including credit/debit cards. Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, refunds and warranties

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy. Some products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, and BCMS is an authorised warranty repairer for selected brands. Warranty cover does not apply where a warranty has been voided, for example through misuse or unauthorised repair.

7. Your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or replaces those rights. Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or services, or paying the cost of doing so.

8. Second-hand and ex-demo items

Items sold as second-hand, ex-demo or without warranty are sold as agreed at the time of purchase. Any warranties or servicing on such items should be confirmed directly with our management team before purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
